The customer has 14 days to return the items for full refund from the day in which they have been physically received. The items must be in their original condition, unused and returned with their tags and packaging.


It's the customers responsibility to return their parcel using their own preferred courier service, please keep your tracking safe.


When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service and to the address specified in the returns form.

Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded, this will take up to 10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment.
