How do I track my order?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email along with the relevant tracking information.



What to do if an item is missing from my order?

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, this is because it is most likely out of stock. However if you have ordered an item and not have been notified about stock availability via an email and its missing, you should contact us immediately with the following information:

- Missing Item(s)

Our support team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.



How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.



Customs & Tax

Duties & Taxes are not applicable for UK orders

If you are ordering outside of UK, your order may be subject to additional duties & tax charges.



How do I return my order?

It's the customers responsibility to return their parcel using their own preferred courier service, please keep your tracking safe.

When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service.



Can I return a sale item?

All items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.



What happens once I have returned my item to LIMITED.?

- Once we have received your return you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have got your return.


- Refunds will take up to 10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment method.



What happens once I have returned my item for an exchange to LIMITED.?

- Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded, this will take up to10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment.

How do I wash my LIMITED. printed products?

- We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
